We are unable to do copyright themes such as Disney or Harry Potter. If you are unsure please message us prior to placing your order.

Mounting:
We recommend using permanent sticky tabs with the sign or for non permanent fixing we recommend 3M Command Strips. These are recommendations, we do not take any responsibility for how the item is mounted to your particular surface – not supplied.
Can also be free standing.

Your item will be produced once your order is placed. Unfortunately as this is totally customised for you we are unable to show you what it would look like. Please take a look at the samples in the images and only order if you like our style of work. We take pride in every piece made and so will ensure we will do our best artwork for your order. You are able to place requests for items within your theme, e.g. Animals – elephant, tiger, lion etc. and we will endeavour to do our best to include these.

Dimensions will vary dependent on name size. Max width of sign will be 50cm or max height 15cm whichever comes first dependent on the name.

Suitable for indoor use only.

While every effort has been made to ensure this product is as near to perfect as possible there will be some slight burning of the wood from the cutting and engraving process. We are also working with natural woods so be advised that grains and colouring may vary from the images that have been displayed.

Our delivery partner is Royal Mail. We will endeavour to dispatch your items within the specified timeframe however please be advised, Royal Mail deliveries are beyond our control and we cannot be held accountable for delays.

Personalised Items or Custom Orders can not be cancelled and are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable. If the item is personalised incorrectly compared to your order description then we will replace the item for you. If the item arrives damaged then we will offer you options to rectify the issue.
